Bahamut is the final Aeon which must be achieved in the storyline of the game. For those who do not take sidequests he becomes their most powerful Aeon with normal physical attacks exceeding in power to every other Aeon in the game. He is a dark elemental Aeon with the ability to cast the highest ranking black magic spells.
